This place is fantastic! I called several places for cleanings for my 3 and 5 year old and found it’s common practice for the parents to be asked to wait in the waiting room and take the kids back by themselves. That may be fine for bigger kids, but I wanted to be back there with mine as this was the first appointment for one of my kids and I wanted to make sure they were comfortable with the setting. Not only did Little Big Smile’s allow me to be back there with them, they encouraged it to make the kids be more at ease. They had my children’s names written on a sign in the lobby welcoming them in, such a personal touch. The lobby is interactive and fun for the kids. The hygienist and dentist were great and did a wonderful job at making my kids feel comfortable and explaining everything that was happening. I’m so glad that we found this place and the kids are already looking forward to going back. Thank you, this was such a great experience!

Absolutely fantastic dentist and dental hygienist staff. My issues come from collaboration with the orthodontist next door. I was promised by this dental practice that they would ensure facilitation of cleanings for my children receiving orthodontia care next door; that cleaning appointments would be scheduled in a timely manner to ensure no delays in care or barriers to completing treatment. The first cleaning appointments for my daughters after having their braces applied was scheduled by staff to coordinate with their next orthodontist appointment. In the year and almost a half since then, no appointments have been facilitated in this manner. My children have had cleanings rescheduled numerous times due to this. I'm largely upset because this was a "service" that was promoted to me for my children as a benefit of coordinating dental and orthodontist appointments literally right next door to each other. Coming to this practice is a "commute" of almost thirty minutes most days. So, when ensured that appointments would be facilitated alongside the orthodontist next door, I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, that has fallen flat. Had I known this was solely an offer, not a guarantee

We had such a great experience with Dr. Ascunce and the entire team. Everyone was so kind, professional, welcoming, and truly top notch. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! My daughter had a really bad experience with her previous dentist, which is why I decided to move her to a new office. From the moment we met Dr. Ascunce, we knew we made the right decision. She was incredibly patient, caring, and compassionate. She made both my daughter and me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Ascunce took the time to talk to me and explain everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants children to feel safe and happy during their visits. The sweetest part was when we left — my daughter told me that she loved Dr. Ascunce and was so happy that she was going to be her new dentist now. That meant everything to me as a mom. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor and amazing staff. Highly recommend!

Took my 3 year old (who HATES getting his teeth brushed) for his first dentist appointment at this location and he LOVED his visit. Their staff was so patient and made the appointment fun. He willingly sat for his cleaning, which is a miracle as he hates his mouth being touched. These techs and doctors are angels and I am so thankful we found such an amazing dentist office. They were also very helpful when it came to making a treatment plan that would work for our budget and making sure my son gets treatment as soon as possible. Anyone who is nervous about taking their child to the dentist I highly recommend this practice. 10/10 Thank you to the staff for treating my son so well and being so kind.

It was my 3yo’s first experience with a dentist and it went way better than I expected. Of course her father took her so she behaved better with him lol, but nonetheless she did great and my husband said the staff was great, location was very beautiful and clean. Both my kids enjoyed their visit, will be going back in 6 months with them!
